Our Founder and CEO, Jennie Ellis, started Recruiting Bandwidth with a purpose to give companies another choice around how to manage their recruiting. Jennie wanted customers to get the quality hires they want and need at a cost-effective rate, while building their brands and their talent pipelines in a predictable and measured fashion.
Jennie has led and managed hiring for high-growth startups and more established companies for over 20 years. In her career, she’s hired over a 1,000 people and prides herself on getting just the right fit for each company’s specific culture. She speaks on culture and how to compete with the tech giants and likes to make herself available to those in need of a career re-boot.
She’s a local to Seattle, one of the few that were born and raised here. She has been married to her husband, Jim, since she was twenty. They have three teenage sons that have a band, The Ellis Brothers Jazz Trio, along with being avid jujitsu medalists. In her free time, she enjoys Bikram yoga, kayaking, home remodeling, and mentoring Millennials.
